Kidnapping episode turns out to be mistaken identity case

An attempt to kidnap a three-year old baby girl from playschool in Gulmohar came to fore on October 4

The alleged kidnappers went to bring their niece but went to wrong school and asked for victim who was having same name as well as surname of their niece

Shahpura police have claimed to solve the sensational kidnapping case in which an attempt to kidnap a three-year old baby girl from play school in Gulmohar came to fore on October 4; the alleged kidnappers went to bring their niece but went to wrong school and asked for victim who was having same name as well as surname of their niece.

Meticulous investigation lead to the solving of alleged broad daylight kidnapping case in which two bike-borne men went to a play school and left the school after staff refused to hand over the kid to them and asked them to call the toddler's father and give a consent to take the girl.

Later it was found that duo didn’t have such mala fide intentions and went there in confusion to bring their niece while victim girl had the same name and age therefore they asked to take other girl with them. The incident occurred on October 4 when two men went to take three-year- old girl with them and at they never visited the school staff asked them to call the parents after which they escaped the spot. After sometime victim’s mother reached the school and staff detailed the incident and same was reported to her husband who lodged complaint with the Shahpura police.

After the photographs of the two emerged on social media and newspaper, Anil Malviya contacted Shahpura police and revealed the truth. He told the police that his wife was undergoing treatment at a hospital and he was there to look after his ailing wife therefore Malviya told his brother-in-law Lakhanlal Malviya and Bunty Malviya to bring his daughter. They went to the wrong Kids Play Paradise and as the name of my daughter is same as that of Nilesh’s daughter confusion was created.

The police had earlier registered a case under section 363 and 511 of the IPC and started investigation and during the investigation truth was revealed.

Tantrik booked for cheating woman
Aishbagh police have registered a case against tantrik baba, who claimed to process divine powers and cheated a 30-year-old woman of 5 tola gold ornaments who took tantrik's help to solve family problems being faced by her, police said on Monday.

According to police, victim Shabana Khan (30), wife of Javed Khan is a housewife and lives in Ashok Vihar Colony at her parent's home. Her husband doesn't give importance to victim and only obey her in-laws therefore she left her husband and started living with her parents.

On Saturday someone gives her a visiting card of Sufi Sahil baba in which tantrik advertised self to treat all types of problems through vashikaran. The woman called on the number mentioned on visiting card seeking help to get control of her husband through black magic. The accused promised to solve her problem and lured victim to bring 5 tola gold on his shop located at Baghdilkhsuha area and promised her that jewellery would be returned after special prayer.

Victim along with his jewellery took her sister and a neighbour woman jewellery to complete 5 tola gold and went to his place on Friday where accused took jewellery for purification and then wrap ornaments in a piece of cloth and steal them while chanting mantras. Later he handed over a cloth piece to her, stating that the ornaments were inside and instructed woman to unwrap it on next day and wear any one of jewellery and assured her that her husband would return to her within next three days.
However on Saturday when she spotted that jewellery were not present in the piece of cloth, she approached Aishbagh police station and lodged a police complaint.
