Passing out ceremony of DSPs held

THE 38th passing out ceremony of 38 DSPs held at Police Training Academy, Bhouri on Wednesday. DGP Rishi Kumar Shukla was the chief guest on the occasion.
DGP Shukla while addressing on the occasion, said that police family of 1.25 lakh members welcomes newly-appointed trainee DSPs. DGP appealed trainee officials to give their best contribution to make police system better with their new energy and positive thinking.

DGP added that all the trainees, after passing tough competition, have reached here and know about management skills, law, police system and other advanced technology and now, will know about the ground level reality in field in different districts.

DGP Shukla encouraged the trainee DSPs to face challenges because there are new challenges every day in Police Department. He said that the solution to problems should be sought maintaining law and order and peace.
Earlier, DGP inspected the passing out parade and received salute from the parade. He also released book, ‘Jazba’, prepared by the trainees. First prize was given to Sourabh Kumar, second prize to Commander Durgesh Armo and third prize was given to Himali Soni for outstanding performance during training.

Police Training Academy Director and Additional Director General Sushobhan Banerjee administered oath of duty and honesty to the 38 batch of trainee DSPs.
Special Director General K N Tiwari, Additional Director General of Police (Administration) Anuradha Shankar, ADG (Training) Ashok Awasthi, ADG (Technical Services) D C Sagar and other senior police officials and family members of trainees were present on the occasion.
