MPMKVVCL starts online permanent power connection facility

Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co.Ltd (MPMKVVCL) has started special convenience for online application for permanent connections to be provided to consumers. This services has been started on October 5. Dr Sanjay Goyal, Managing Director MPMKVVCL, inaugurated the facility by clicking on the company’s resolution portal Similarly, facility of application of online net metering to the existing power consumers has also been started. This can be done by visiting the online portal Now the facility of online application for new connection of non-domestic and other categories of low-pressure have been started.

On the occasion, Director (Technical) R S Shrivastav, Chief Financial Officer Dr Rajeev Saxena, Chief General Manager (Commerce) Swati Singh, Chief General Manager Raju Dehriya, M S Aatre, Manisha Meshram, General Manager and others members of power officers were present in the meeting including S S Khanuja, Anjali Agarwal, DGM, Abhishek Martand. Now, it is important that consumers can sit at home and get an electrical connection by applying online at portal and completing the necessary procedure.  Consumers can get the connection by visiting the new electrical connection segment or by visiting the nearest zone office online. All the consumers in the company sector are getting benefit of this facility.

Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co.Ltd (MPMKVVCL) is continuously taking measures to get digital and is vouching for e-payments. The MPMKVVCL is also taking interest in payment of electricity bills through the e-payments and is urging consumers to avail the facility . The company has provided the facility to consumers to pay online electricity bills through the mobile application. Gateways like Net Banking, POS Machine, Bhima, Pay-TM, Mobikvic, Free Charge have been provided by the MPMKVVCL. It has to be noted that electricity consumers of small towns have shown greater public awareness in paying bills through e-payments than the consumers of big cities.

Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co.Ltd (MPMKVVCL) has requested the consumers to regularly take advantage of tax facilities from the payment of electricity bills from the e-payments. Consumers are being paid a minimum of Rs 5 and a maximum of Rs 20 rupees for e-payments. In Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co.Ltd 12 per cent consumer electricity bills are paid by e-payments in the current year and 12 per cent of consumers in Bhopal are currently paying electricity bills through e-payments.
