Alexandre Ziegler to attend Indo-French Investment Conclave

Alexandre Ziegler, Ambassador of France to India, will attend the Indo-French Investment Conclave to be held here on November 2. The mega event will be held at Hotel Radisson Blu, Wardha Road, Nagpur at 3.30 pm.


The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI), in association with the Embassy of France, is organising the conclave. Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA); MIDC Industries Association (MIA); Butibori Manufacturers Association (BMA) and Vidarbha Economic Development Council (VED) are supporting the conclave. Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport, Highways, and Shipping; Devendra Fadnavis, Maharashtra Chief Minister; Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Maharashtra Minister for Energy, New and Renewable Energy, and State Excise, will attend the mega event that is expected to attract huge investment in the region.


The event holds special significance as the event is also expected to open up avenues for a multilateral trade partnership between India and France in the key areas of Defence and Aerospace, smart mobility and logistics, and infrastructure. It is expected that the event will attract huge investment in the region. Over 300 visitors and around 112 French companies are expected to participate in the discussions leading to an enabling environment for boosting the Indo-French partnership.
