Ziqitza completes two years in State

ZIQITZA Health Care (ZHC) Private Limited announced successful completion of two years of their service in Madhya Pradesh in the press conference organised on Wednesday at the counter part of State capital. They claimed that they have helped saving more than 87 lakh lives during this tenure. Jitendra Sharma, Project Head of Ziqitza Health Care Limited said that from last 2 years ZHL Company has provided their emergency services to more than 80 lakh people including 17 lakh pregnant women with Janani ambulance services. He told that currently ZHL is operating 606 108 ambulances and 735 Janani Sewa ambulances.

He also answered about the changing ambulances and told that Government has already sanctioned 115 new ambulances those are under prefabrication as per the protocols. He also notified about the other new services initiated by the company. He told that company has initiated to send SMS to the administrative officers and CMHO’s.

The initiation is helping them in making people receive other required services rapidly. He also told that ZHL has initiated medicine services as non-emergency service under which people can get medicine advisory just by dialling 104 for 12 hours from 8am to 8pm. Meanwhile he also accepted that they are working for strengthening their field services and for the purpose they would use moderate technologies. Meanwhile, Manish Sacheti, CFO, ZHL said that one of the key reason for companies success is companies technical efficiency.


One dialling number for various services like Dindayal service, Janani service and others has made it easy for people. He also told that company is soon going to introduce GPS tracker system in 108 ambulance services. This would help company track the ambulances on fields that would surely reduce the complaints about the delay in getting ambulance services. He also told about the number of calls they receive in daily course and complaint that they receive various fake calls. He requested people that the 108 and 104 are the emergency ambulance services therefore don’t make fun out of it.
