‘Teachers should make efforts for overall development of students’

Governor Anandiben Patel while addressing a Teachers’ Workshop organised in IES Institute said that teachers should make efforts for overall development of students too. They should be entrusted with responsibilities to become self-dependent

Governor Anandiben Patel while addressing a Teachers’ Workshop organised in IES Institute said that people who lack education face struggle in life, whereas educated people lead life easily like a game. Students who follow the path shown by teachers lead a zestful life. The right education is that which protects youth from following the wrong path.


Teachers should make efforts for overall development of students too. They should be entrusted with responsibilities to become self-dependent. The Governor also honoured best students. The International Fame Life Coach Prof Prajesh Toski was special guest on the occasion.


Moreover, the Governor mentioned that the society is suffering from many kinds of evils. We should make efforts to eliminate these evils and should pay special attention on education of girls. She further stated that a single literate girl becomes medium for complete literacy in family. Our culture teaches us to help others. We should always help weak people. The Governor said that a habit to read books other than the text books should be developed in students and teachers should also read these types of books.


Endorsing the need for environment conservation, the Governor said that all the students should do plantation and also take responsibility to protect it. She further stated that tableau focusing life of Mahatma Gandhi should be installed in the academic institutions this year during his 150th anniversary. Prepare a questionnaire related to Mahatma Gandhi and let students write answers. This will give an opportunity to youth to know about the life of Mahatma Gandhi. Moreover, Patel said that teachers should educate students to live together, rising above the discrimination in the interest of the country.


The International Fame Life Coach Prof. Prajesh Toski mentioned that moral and cultural education is essential for all. He urged students to use education wisely for the country, society and family. The Chairman of I.E.S. Institute B.S. Yadav, Chief Director Sunita Singh and teachers took part in the workshop.
