Stressing on formation of investment policy in State, he told that he believes in result oriented schemes

Chief Minister Kamal Nath told that among various kind of priorities, his Government will focus on providing jobs to youths as unemployment is a big problem. Stressing on formation of investment policy in State, he told that he believes in result oriented schemes. As far as issue related to bringing in police commissioner system is concerned, then IAS and IPS officers have to search the solution jointly.


He was interacting with mediapersons in Chhindwara on Sunday. Throwing light on various factors, which helped in bringing up Chhindwara model, he spoke on Skill Development issue. He told that earlier steps to provide manpower to some of the reputed companies did not bear fruits as companies rejected the youths. Later on, database was prepared that why companies rejected them and things were moved further.


On being asked about his comment that industries have to ensure 70 percent local jobs, he told that every state tries to protect the interest of his people and in this regard, he had done nothing new. He was of the view that schemes should not be inspired on political name line. Moreover, they should be result-oriented. He stated that Bhavantar scheme of previous BJP Government had defect in delivery system.


He told that his Government is conducting survey as far as Mono Rail is concerned. In the meantime, he categorically told that his Government did not intend to ban ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ film, which highlights that how helpless ex PM Manmohan Singh was during UPA Government tenure.
Moreover, he said that medical colleges have been constructed, but no attention has been paid on quality of doctors. He said, he wants to change the face of Madhya Pradesh, but does not believe in blame game.
