Abhilash’s ‘Tere Bina’ screened in over 250 film fest globally

The feature film ‘Tere Bina’ by city filmmaker, Abhilash Agrawal has become the first film from Chhattisgarh to be screened in over 250 film festivals globally.  The film was filmed at various parts of Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, etc. Several artists from Chhattisgarh were involved in the production of this film. Even people from Orrisa, Rajasthan, UP and other states were also involved in the production team of ‘Tere Bina’.


Budding filmmaker Abhilash informed that he recruited people from different parts of the country for the execution of this film. ‘Tere Bina’ has narrative structure based on symbolism and metaphor. He also informed that the non-linear way of
narrative is used in the film to describe the understanding of love.


“We look forward to create new experimental contents. We’re on the journey to create something original, different which could give rise to new genre & audience could experience fresh phenomena”, added filmmaker Abhilash.  Recently, Abhilash received acclamation from Rajasthan Tourism for highlighting the beauty of Rajasthan through his production. He has been awarded by the State Government for his contribution in the field of Film & Arts.


‘Tere Bina’ is being screened at following esteemed film festivals including GEA Film Fest, Barcelona; Proto & CO, Paris; Camera Zizanio, Peloponnese; Spectral Film Festival, Stevens Point, United States, etc. Being acknowledged like this gives us immense strength. The feature film ‘Tere Bina’ was directed by Abhilash Agrawal while the other artists associated with the film were Md Kashif Qureshi, Paridhi Goenka as actors, Rani Rai as singer and Sagarika Saini as makeup artist.
