GRP arrest man with stolen mobile phone

Government Railway Police (GRP) arrested one middle-aged person and recovered a mobile phone stolen from an unknown passenger on Wednesday. As per information received from GRP sources the accused Shiv Tamrakar (44), a resident of Bori village in Rajnandgaon was arrested with an Oppo brand smart phone worth Rs. 12500. During interrogation he informed police that the mobile was stolen from railway station premises near ATM machines on 14 May 2018. Police booked him under Section 379 of IPC and presented before court. He was sent to jail on Judicial remand.
