RAIPUR,

DRAWING inspiration from India’s longest train route from Dibrugarh to Kanyakumari covered by ‘Vivek Express’, Hotel Sayaji is here with a new food festival offering flavorsome dishes that are unique to each state the special train touches.
The food festival is hosted at Cravings from November 30 to December 9 during dinner time. From regional dishes and its presentation to décor and services, the team has methodically researched each aspect to replicate an environment of dining on the route from Dibrugarh to Kanyakumari.

The menu offers a plethora of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes which are unique to each state. The food menu is complemented by a selection of beverages special to each state, along with regular offerings.  The dessert section consists of a wide selection of Indian desserts which are different in each state. If it is Andhra Pradesh, it is the Gongura leaf which is used liberally in many dishes and is also made into a pickle.

Similarly, in most parts of South India, the curry leaf or Karuvapilla is used. These leaves add a special twist to the dish. So, food lovers will not have to wait anymore to get ravishing experience of the country’s longest route, and enjoy the mouthwatering delicacies with just a visit to Cravings, Hotel Sayaji.
