Talent Hunt programme of Congress

Even on second day of Talent Hunt programme, large number of youths turned up at Congress Headquaters to give interview of spokesmen posts and social media activist in state capital on Thursday.

It was from around 11 am that youths started to pour at Congress headquarters for interview of spokesmen post. They have given online application for spokesmen and social media activist posts and Congress have called them for interview process.

Team of specialists including Congress National IT Social Media Cell’s coordinator Dr Manish Doshi, Jayraj Singh Parmar, AICC Media Cell’s Sanjeev Singh, Deepak Ameen, Hemang Rawal, Nishid Parmar, Shailendra Sen etc interviewed the aspirants youths and tested their acumen and knowledge. As interview process for various spokesmen post got concluded by Thursday evening, now the specialists team which took interviews of aspirant youths will select the eligible youths shortly and will hand over the list to Madhya Pradesh Congress.

Later on, the selected youths will be given suitable responsibilities. Before starting of interview process on Thursday, State Congress President Arun Yadav did interaction with party experts who came from Delhi and Gujarat. Yadav told that talent search programmes will be also organised at divisional level as well so that a new generation should know the Congress ideology and get connected with it. Notably, Congress organised two day talent search programme on the instance of Rahul Gandhi who wants that youths should come forward on important posts such as party’s spokesmen, district spokesmen and social media activists. Before this, spokesmen were selected on the recommendations of senior party leaders but Rahul Gandhi’s new formula has opened the gate for everyone, putting an end on recommendation system. Earlier, heavyweight leaders used to push the name of their close aids for spokesmen posts so that they could solidify their position in organisation.
