SDM’s Reader in Lokayukta net

A team of Lokayukta police special establishment, Jabalpur caught the Reader of SDM Dindori while taking bribe of Rs. 3,000 for diversion of land, on Monday. The accused has been identified as Dilip Chouksey, posted as Reader of SDM, Dindori.

The officers of Lokayukta police nabbed the accused Dilip Chouksey, when he was taking bribe of Rs. 3,000 from complainant named Prafull Tiwari, a resident of Bhua Bicchia in district Mandla.

According to Lokayukta police, Superintendent of Police, they received a complaint from Prafull Tiwari that he submitted application for diversion of land at SDM Court, Dindori. He contacted the Reader of SDM named Dilip Chouksey for starting procedure but he demanded bribe of Rs. 3,000.
Acting on the complaint, a team of Lokayukta police fielded the appellant for collecting evidences. Once the information was confirmed, Lokayukta police team reached at SDM Office and trapped the employee of government department red-handed when he was taking the cash of Rs. 3,000 from the appellant.

Lokayukta police have registered a case against the accused under relevant sections of Prevention of Corruption Act while further investigations are underway.
During the trap, Lokayukta police team was comprised of DSP, Dilip Jharwade, Inspector, Oscar Kindo, Inspector, Kamal Singh Uikay, Constables Jeet Singh and Pankaj Tiwari.
