Maximum temperature rises in State capital

On Saturday with 30.6 maximum temperatures recorded Bhopal weather witnessed five degree above normal range of temperature. A clear weather was witnessed throughout the day. Minimum temperature recorded was 13.6 which was two degree above the normal range.

Meanwhile, temperatures among the four main cities Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur ranged between 30.6 and 13 degrees Celsius. Indore recorded a minimum of 13(+2) degrees celsius and maximum at 28.8 (+1) degrees Celsius. On Saturday, Bhopal witnessed highest maximum day temperature compare to all other four major cities in State.

Minimum temperature at Gwalior was recorded at 12.2 degrees Celsius, which was three degree above the normal range and while maximum remained at 27.5 (+4) degrees Celsius. In Jabalpur, minimum and maximum temperatures were respectively recorded at 13.4 and 30.6 (+5) degrees Celsius. Khajuraho was recorded at 30.4 (+5) degree Celcius maximum and minimum at 10.2 (+1) degree Celcius. Pachmari was recorded at 24 degree Celsius (+1) maximum and minimum at 7(-2) degree Celsius.

No major change is witnessed in minimum range temperature. In Chambal range maximum range of temperature was increased. Mandla witnessed lowest temperature range of about 8 degree Celsius. Bhopal, Rewa, Sagar, Bhopal, Indore, and Gwalior divisions witnessed decrease in maximum range temperature. Average wind speed recorded was 12 km per hour.
