Collector Choudhary conducts Time Limit meeting

Collector Mahesh Chandra Choudhary conducted Time Limit (TL) meeting on Monday.He instructed the officers to persuade the students from depending on cheating at examination centres by conducting discussion with students at school by understanding the psychology of cheating.

The officers were given responsibility to conduct the 'Prerna Samvad' at different areas to officers. He instructed the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jila Panchayat to hand over responsibility for the same to officers. The SDM were instructed to take concrete steps to stop cheating in examination. The instructions to make arrangements to conduct exams at examination centres were also given to District Education Officer (DEO). Terming the role of bankers in execution of self employment's pending schemes, important he asked the leading District Managers to ensure co ordination between the bankers and heads of department. Redressal of pending cases is essential.

He said that he himself would go to office of Regional Manager State Bank of India (SBI) to review the cases branch wise. The supply officer was instructed to ensure loading of goods timely by ration shop owners. He also warned that action to cancel the permit given to the concerned ration shop owner would be taken if goods are on taken timely.

The instructions were also given for the sapling plantation at large scale at holy Namada Basin on July 2, 2018 were given to Deputy Director Horticulture. Referring to the sapling plantation conducted in district in previous year, he expressed dissatisfaction over incomplete information about it sent to Gunnies Book of World Record despite conducting the plan systematically. The concerned officers were instructed to take steps for loading soon. the officers were instructed to ensure that available budget would not get lapsed under any circumstance. The district treasury officers were also instructed.

Reviewing the Chief Minister help Line complaint cases he stressed on taking action for redressal of the cases pending since more than 300 days by taking prompt action. The officers were instructed to take action to redress such cases immediately, it includes agriculture, municipal corporation, veterinary, Women and Child Development, Public Works Department, education and medical education departments. Instructions for resressal of complaints related with Bhavantat Payment scheme, wrong billing, scholarship payment to students were also given. Superintending Engineers (SE) of the distribution company were also instructed to take initiative for redressal of pending complaints.

In officers were instructed to redress the compassion appointment cases in view of review meeting conducted soon. Pending caste certificate cases must be issued soon and camps must be conducted for prisoners and their children to make Adhar Cards. He said that five smart and five dull officers would also be selected. The responsibility for determining the parameters for evaluation of officers performance has been given to CEO Jila Panchyat. Information would be given in this context in next meeting. Besides the best ten revenue officers of district would also be selected. The achievement of targets, work culture and capacity to give responsibilities would be made its base.
