‘Samadhan Ek Diwas Tatkal Sewa Yojana’ launched on pilot basis

Government of Madhya Pradesh initiated the multi-objective scheme, the ‘Samadhan Ek Diwas Tatkal Sewa Yojana’ on pilot basis launched in Jabalpur to fulfill the commitment of extended best facilities to citizens, on Monday.
With start of this scheme, people won’t have to wait for long and it would ensure speedy issuance of income certificate, domicile certificate, copy of Khasra Khatoni, map, FIR copy, certified copy of the order of revenue courts, copy of voters list for civic bodies, photocopy of intimation, certified copy of revenue cases and land records. On the day of application, the services would be provided to the citizens. To get facility in one day, the applicants have to submit applications with prescribed fees at the Lok Sewa Kendras. The scheme dedicated to resolve applications and complaints registered by citizen - the Samadhan Ek Diwas Tatkal Sewa Yojana was launched by the Collector, Mahesh Chandra Choudhary at Lok Sewa Kendra situated at Collectorate. On this occasion, Additional Collector, Surabhi Gupta, Lok Sewa Kendra, Manager, Shubhangi Shukla were present.

On the Day 1 at Collectorate, till 1.30 pm, around 40 applicants have submitted their applications for redressal. On the first day, the desired services by the applicants were provided. Tehsildar Munavar Khan has been appointed as designated officer for the Samadhan Ek Diwas Tatkal Sewa Yojana. The scheme has been launched on pilot basis in the district at Collectorate situated Lok Sewa Kendra. As per further directions of the State Government, the scheme would be initiated in other Lok Sewa Kendras of the district. In the scheme, nine types of facilities are being provided to the citizens. On attaining success in pilot project, the number of services would be increased in the scheme.

On the opening day, a beneficiary Mohd. Shahid expressed happiness on receiving domicile certificate just 10 minutes after submitting his application under the scheme. He expressed sense of gratitude towards the Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan and appreciated the initiative taken by Collector Mahesh Chandra Choudhary in initiating the scheme.
