SP urged to ease entry norms for mini-truck, small vehicles on streets

Superintendent of Police Shashikant Shukla has directed traffic police to ease entry norms for mini truck and other light loading vehicles on main streets on demand of former Minister Harendrajeet Singh and members of Loading Vehicles’ Association on Tuesday. Former Minister Harendrajeet Singh along with a large number of loading vehicle owners reached SP Office and submitted a memorandum to SP Shashikant Shukla.

Through the memorandum, he informed about problems of loading vehicle owners in operating their trade due to prohibited entry on main streets. Considering the demand, SP Shashikant Shukla assured to give relaxation to mini-truck and other light loading vehicles. Besides this, entry of mini-truck, four-wheeler loading vehicles, 407 vehicle, Eicher etc is completely prohibited (exempting 9 pm to 6 am) in main market place, High Court, Civil Court, Collectorate, from Ghamapur to Belbagh, Malviya Chowk to Super Market, Ganjipura to Bada Phuhara and Niwarganj, Sarafa to Milloniganj and Chota Phuhara, Badi Omti Chowk to Tularam Chowk and Karamchand Chowk, Karamchand Chowk to Russel Chowk, Gorakhpur Market, Sadar Market, Penti Naka to Ganesh Chowk and Garha Bazar areas.
