New building of Juvenile Justice Board at Mana Camp was on Saturday dedicated by a judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Justice Goutam Bhaduri, who while addressing the children cited several examples including that of the dacoit turned Maharshi Valmiki and he advised the children never to let the inferiority complex develop in them.

Citing a number of examples, Justice Goutam Bhaduri highlighted to the children the right way to lead the life and always to have self confidence. He further said in his address that the cases pending before the juvenile justice board should be solved as early as possible. District and Sessions Judge, Raipur, Neelam Chand Sankhla said that it is a collective responsibility to control children and make them good citizens. When a child commits mistake it means that somebody somewhere has erred, he added.

Earlier, State Woman and Child Development Department Joint Director Archana Rana Seth mentioned about the achievements of the department and the notable tasks that have been accomplished regarding board.
All the judges from Raipur District and Sessions court, many officials from woman and child development department were present on the occasion.

Secretary of District Legal Service Authority, Raipur, Umesh Kumar Upadhyay conducted the proceedings of the programme.
