PM accorded warm welcome

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accorded a warm welcome by Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, his ministerial colleagues and senior BJP leaders on reaching Jagdalpur by an Indian Air Force aircraft.


After a brief stay at airport, Prime Minister left for village Jaangla, Bijapur district of Bastar division via helicopter with Chief Minister. At Jaangla, Prime Minister inaugurated Health and Wellness Centre under Ayushman Bharat Yojana and many related projects.At the Jagdalpur airport, Higher Education Minister Prem Prakash Pandey, MP Ramvichar Netam, Jagdalpur MLA Santosh Bafna, Jila Panchayat President Jabita Mandavi, Jagdalpur Mayor Jatin Jaiswal, Chairman Forest Development Corporation Shrinivas Rao Maddi, Chairman Youth Commission Kamalchand Bhanjdev, Chairman of Civil Supply Corporation Lata Ussendi, Chief Secretary Ajay Singh, Director General of Police A N Upadhyay, Commissioner Bastar Division Dilip Vasnikar, Collector Dhananjay Dewangan, Superintendent of Police D Shravan and other senior officials also welcomed Prime Minister.
