NSUI workers express ire over shortage of money in ATMs

National Student Union of India (NSUI) workers expressing ire on shortage of cash in ATM Machines of different banks in city have performed Aarti and garlanded ATM machines. The NSUI workers showed protest against Acche Din claims of Bhartiya Janata Party led Union Government. Members also prayed to God that ATM would get cash and people get rid of their problems they are facing due to shortage of cash.District Spokesperson, Sachin Rajak said that in Jabalpur city majority of ATM machines are empty or could be termed cash less and customers are facing problems. Due to shortage of cash in ATMs the routine works of common man hampered badly as the ATMs are not shelling currency notes. The shortage and irregular functioning of ATM networks in Jabalpur is being continued since last two months.

Mostly students who are from different districts and parts of the State and are studying in Jabalpur are the most sufferers. While in families preparing for marriage are also facing problem. Expressing resentment on the banking system the NSUI staged demonstration by garlanding the ATM machines while also expressed concern on growing problems in banking due to shortage of cash in banks.Eminent those who staged protest includes Sachin Rajak, Moonesh Sonkar, Ashutosh Singh, Karam Tamsetwar, Mohd Ali, Shubham Yadav, Bengo, Yogesh Chakrabarty, Gaurv Abindra, Sumit Khateek, Rahil Pandey, Sanjay Vishwakarma and others.
