Railway exhibition attracts viewers in city

THREE-DAY exhibition displayed by Railway at Bhopal Haat is attracting large number of people. On Monday, huge crowd reached the destination to click selfie with railway models.
While youngsters were crazy for take selfie with the train models, elder people were keen interested to know more about the railway technology. Marking the 63rd Railway Week, West Central Railway inaugurated three-day national exhibition-cum-prize distribution ceremony at Bhopal Haat on Sunday.

The three-day exhibition is open for general public from 11 am to 9 pm. All regional units, production units and other units of railway have participated the exhibition. Through the exhibition, railway is displaying the contribution of railway in India’s development. New techniques like high speed train (bullet train), Mahamana model coach and other initiatives are being displayed.

On the occasion cultural programme is organised in which several folk artists are performing. Selfie points including Victoria Terminus, Sanchi Stupa, world class stations etc are the center of attraction for the people. “It is really amazing exhibition as I have never been so close to railway techniques. Through this exhibition, I came to know about the railway techniques and future planning,” said Sushmita Yadav, resident of Arera Colony.
