The Divisional Commissioner Ashutosh Awasthi conducted video conferencing and instructed all the Collectors of division. The Divisional Commissioner, asked the Collectors of Balaghat, Chhindwara, Katni to ensure the satisfactory progress in verification work by the end of the week. However, he expressed satisfaction over the work done in Jabalpur in this field. He instructed all the Chief Executive Officers of Jila Janpad Panchayats to ensure the continuous monitoring of verification through the Chief Executive Officers (CEO). The Collectors themselves should keep an eye over the progress of work.

Ashutosh Awasthi also instructed to prepare for Tendu leaves collectors. Besides the selection of parking places, transport arrangements, site selection, he also stressed on ensuring that the no one will have to face inconvenience in view of summer season. The Collectors of different districts also gave the description of preparation in their districts. Commissioner also asked all the collectors to make proper arrangements for organization of programme.He also sought information under the 'Patta' distribution under the Forest Rights Act 2006. he also sought information about progress made in redressal of community claim related cases received from forest dwellers. He also raised questions in case of rejected claims and non distribution of Pattas despite approval to the claim and asked Collectors to be cautious in this regard. He also reviewed pending cases of RCMS district wise. For better monitoring he congratulated the Collectors of Jabalpur, Narsinghpur and Sioni.

Reviewing the wheat procurement, he termed the works done in district satisfactory. He also instructed for ferrying the procured wheat and ensure timely payment to peasants. In case of purchase of gram he instructed the to sure the FAQ gram would not be sold at price lower than the minimum standard price (MSP) and payment should be done timely. The collectors were asked to monitor the different aspects of mustard purchase. Referring to the Bhavantat Bhugtan, he asked the collectors to ensure earlier payment of pending payment in Narsinghpur and Chhindwara districts.

He also reviewed the condition of redressal of Chief Minister Help Line cases of districts and asked collectors for monitoring of the complaint and ensure taking action against those who are not serious in this regard. He also gave important suggestions for satisfactory redressal of different types of complaints. The Jabalpur district administration was appreciated for different works. Condition of Jabalpur in unorganised sectors labourers registration was better and he also expressed satisfaction over the progress in works under the Forest Rights Act. He also congratulated the Collectors of Jabalpur, Katni, Dindauri and Balaghat as no payment was remaining in Bhavantar Bhutan Yojana. He also congratulated the collectors of Jabalpur, Narsinghpur and Sioni for better monitoring of RCMS. The Divisional Chief Conservator of Forest, Joint Director Agriculture, Joint Director Registration institutes supply officers and Assistant Labourer Commissioner were also present on the occasion.
