Officers to ensure 100% distribution in Self Employment Schemes: Collector

The Collector Chhavi Bhardwaj while addressing a meeting conducted on Monday at collectorate instructed the officers to ensure 100% distribution in Self Employment Schemes bythe end of August month and send the cases three times higher than the target.She warned that the action might be taken against those who fail to do so, by with holding their salary. She asked to taek it seriously and conduct the meeting of the regional bank managers of all the banks after conducting meeting of task force committee.


The collector said that despite instructions number of Chief Minister Help Line cases pending for above 300 days are increasing. It is surprising that initiative has not been taken to redress the pending cases of CM help line rather number of such cases are increasing. The officers from agriculture, eduation, medical education, finance, Urban Administration and Development, Social Justice and other department's officers were instructed to take steps in this direction. The officers of electricity companies were instructed to check their portal every day compulsorily. About the registering of the answer by some heads of department, she said that mere giving reply would not suffice. We should make efforts to ensure satisfying action for redressal of the complaint.


In case of construction of the National High way getting halted, she instructed the mining department to bring No Objection Certificate (NOC) from DFO and get the lease issued. During the meeting of tribal department she asked the Assistant Commissioner Tribal development to prepare the ‘Pattas’ of those 700 cases in which PDA have been completed and give details of pending cases before him section wise. She said that scholarship of any student should not remain pending. In case of three hundred cases not being tabled, she instructed to cancel the recognition of concerned institutes and take Police action against heads of those institutes.
