Guest lecture organised at Swami Swaroopanad College to apprise students about Skill Devpt Training

Swami Swaroopanad College’s Training and Placement (T & P) Cell and IQAC Cell organised guest lecture to apprise students about Skill Development Training. Programme and to make them realize that for available employment making on self competent is necessary so that in this era of competition right employment may be obtained. Gangajali Shikshan Samiti. Chairman IP Mishra appreciating the program said it is beneficial for students. CEO of the College Dr Deepak Sharma said along with traditional education it is necessary for the students to acquire skill in any particular sphere. Principal Dr. Hansa Shukla said students will have to come forward for own progress.


They should not select livelihood by copying others. They should select employment according to own interest and capability. Eagerness for learning is helpful to progress in life. T and P In-charge Manoj Pandey said proficient India can be built only by Skill Development. Hence this program has been organised. IQAC In-charge Dr Jyoti Upadhyay highlighting objective of the program said mere graduation is not enough for employment and acquiring proficiency in any particular sphere is essential. Presently students have infinite potential and this program has been organised to apprise about that.
Technical head Rajshkhar and Director Computech Education Welfare Society Sangeeta Singhai were present for guest lecture on skill development. Rajshekhar told under Skill Development Scheme for 10th pass to a graduate on different level job oriented courses are available in retail, textile, beauty and wellness, automobile and media fields with duration of 3 to 6 months. This will enhance job potential or one can start self employment also. Registration in this program is free but certificate is provided only after passing the examination.
