Between the sugars, refined flours, caffeine, alcohol, dairy, chemical food additives, pesticides and environmental pollutants are encountered and a persons cells are exposed to myriad toxins and inflammation triggers. This also places a tremendous stress on the liver, kidneys and lymphatic system.

People often experience various ailments or their early symptoms from time to time like cold, cough, headache, body pain, stomach ache, fever, mental stress, joint pain etc.

The main reason for such diseases is the toxins that accumulate in one system on a daily basis. Such minor diseases might convert into major issues in ones body which can hamper ones health further like hypertension, diabetes, heart disorder, piles, fisher and IBS.
