Swachh Bharat summer season internship event discussed in college principals meet

An important meeting of college principals falling under the ambit of NSS Rani Durgawati University was called upon on Monday at Government Mahakoushal College. The meeting has been called in view of Swachh Bharat summer season internship programme 2018. The meeting featured the presence of RDU, VC, Prof Kapildeo Mishra who presided over the occasion along with Dr Ashok Marathey RDU NSS coordinator who addressed the host of eminent present on the occasion.


According to information an important meeting of college principals was called upon on Monday to discuss upon Swachh Bharat summer season Internship programme 2018 sponsored by ministry of drinking water and Swachhta ministry and Human Resource Development to be held at Jabalpur in Government Mahakaushal college. Prof Kapildeo Mishra VC RDU who presided over the occasion said, Swacch Bharat summer season Internship programme 2018 has assumed the significance of national mission, under which it is obligatory that regular students, professors, principals from university and colleges should work shoulder to shoulder to make the move a grand success. He informed the members present that a meeting in this connection would be held on May 10 would be presided over by state Governor at Bhopal. The meeting would discuss at length on the execution of Swacch Bharat summer season Internship programme 2018.


Dr Ashok Marathey RDU NSS coordinator speaking on the occasion expatiated upon the Swacch Bharat summer season Internship programme 2018.
He informed that programme is sponsored by ministry of drinking water and Swacchta ministry and Human Resource Development. The programme get started from May 1 and would culminate on July 31. Any students or nodal officer of can get registered at www.sbi.mygov.in till May 15.
Under the Swachh Bharat summer season Internship programme 2018 a student who get enrolled for the mission will have remain involved for minimum of 100 hours duration.


And to attain this the students will be required to select one village and will have submit report within days along with photographs of the location.
The meeting was also attended by Dr R Samuel officiating AD and incharge principal Mahakaushal college and Dr A L Mahobiya Principal Government Autonomous Science college. The meeting was conducted by Narendra Koshti while the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr R Samuel. Besides principals of colleges across Jabalpur division were also present.
