Narsinghpur Collector reviews Revenue Deptt works

District Collector Abhay Verma reviewed the works related to Revenue Department, at Collectorate office, on Saturday. He instructed the officials to pace up resolving the pending cases of revenue on priority.Reviewing the Revenue Court-wise, Collector asked the officers to ensure the resolving of cases which are pending since 2 or more years and cases of demarcation to be resolved by May and June month. The Collector reviewing the procurement work asked the related officers to assure that farmers should not face any problem while selling their crops. He also asked to monitor the farmers payments and procurement work. He asked to make all necessary arrangements for the proper procurement and also to streamline the transportation work of procured grains.


He also informed that to extend benefits of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojna to large number of beneficiaries poor families women the purview of the Yojna has been extended and by giving them LPG connections. He also instructed to Sarpanch, Secretary, Patwari, Gas Agencies to maintain in-coordination.Likewise, he instructed to regularize the illegal colonies in urban areas in accord with rules. He also reviewed the Prime Minister Housing Scheme and Mukhya Mantri Aashraya Yojna. He gave instructions regarding distribution of pattas and making of map work as a priority.


Thereafter, he asked to monitor the attestation of unorganised labourers with in a stipulated time and instructed to filter the voter’s list.In the meeting he gave many instructions, while reviewing the cases in detail related includes, resolving of grievances of public received via applications in Jansunvayi, distribution of pattas, resolving of RCMS registered cases, CM Helpline, Revenue Recovery, Making Of Pending Payments Of Sugarcane Farmers, Ujjawala Yojna, National Family Welfare Programme, Prime Minister Housing Scheme, attestation and registration of labourers and other, and asked the related officers to resolve these problems as soon as possible During the meeting Additional Collector, J Sameer Lakra, SDM Rani Bansal, Mohammed Shahid Khan and Mahesh K Bamanaha, Deputy Collector, Vandana Jaat and Sonam Jain, Superintendent of Land Records, HL Tiwari, Assistant Commissioner of Cooperative, Shakuntala Thakur, District Supply Comptroller, Aarsi Meena, Tehsildar, Nayab Tehsildar and other officials were present.
