Employment Fair would be organised at MLB Government Girls Higher Secondary School premises, on June 11, 8 am to 5 pm.

Unemployed persons from 18 to 35 years of age having minimum class 5th qualification may
register themselves on www.mprojgar.gov.in to take benefit of employment fair and exploring new employment opportunities.

More than 62 reputed private sector companies including Amazon, Pay TM, Reddy Foundation, Aeigis, Mayur Textiles, DishTV, Suntech Solar Enpower, Eureka Forbes, LIC etc will recruit candidates according to the skills, educational qualification and experience in services, sales, advisory, back-office, faculty, marketing etc

“Jabalpur has no dearth of talent amongst youngsters but they need proper guidance to get better career opportunities through their educational qualifications, skills and experience. In order to fulfil the gap between job seekers and job providers, a mega Employment Fair–2018 would be organised on June 11. The fair is an effort of match making process between unemployed youngsters and reputed corporate houses, business firms and organisations to meet their requirements. Minimum 6,000 youngsters are targeted to be given employment during the fair”, informed Chhavi Bharadwaj, Collector, Jabalpur, while addressing a press conference, on Saturday.


Employment Fair would be organised at MLB Government Girls Higher Secondary School premises, on June 11, 8 am to 5 pm.


Collector informed that the event is a part of state wide campaign being run by Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Board (Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department), Government of Madhya Pradesh.


She extended appeal towards unemployed persons from 18 to 35 years of age having minimum class 5th qualification may register themselves on www.mprojgar.gov.in to take benefit of employment fair and exploring new employment opportunities.

Detailing about the programme, Jila Panchayat, Chief Executive Officer, Harshika Singh informed that mobilisation of around 27,000 candidates from rural and urban areas has been carried out through several government departments. Total 40 registration counters will be available during the fair for avoiding inconvenience of candidates and screening and interviews will be held in 38 rooms. Besides this, help desks and counseling facility will also be available during the fair for providing better carrier guidance to candidates.
