Employability Enhancement Training Programme held at Cummins College

CUMMINS College of Engineering for Women conducts Employability Enhancement Training Programme (EETP) every year . The main purpose of EETP is to bridge the gap between the industry and institute. This year total five EETP’s were conducted in all three departments in the first week of this academic session. The chief guest for all these EETP’s valedictory was Suresh Rathi, Vice-President of VIA. In association with MCED, two EETP’s of 30 hours each were conducted, one was on solar plant installation, for Electronics and Telecommunication students and he other was refrigeration and air conditioning for Mechanical students. In Computer Engineering Department two EETP’s were conducted one on Android for 35 hours and other one was PIIP for 35 hours. In Electronics and Telecommunication Department one EETP was conducted for final year students for 40 hours on embedded technology and IoT. In the valedictory programme all teaching co-ordinators briefed about EETP’s and students gave their feedback. P V Ingle, MCED Centre Head briefed about MCED activities. EETP certificates were distributed at the hands of chief guest. Dr Bhushan Joshi, Prinicpal appreciated in-house faculty trainers for learning and delivering EETP in their departments. The programme was co-ordinated by Training and Placement Officer Manish Raut and Prof H V Kharpate, ED Cell Incharge.
