Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates, honored Dr Zulekha Daud, Founder and Chairperson of Zulekha Healthcare Group, in New Delhi and presented her with a letter of appreciation for her five decades of valuable contributions to the healthcare sector in the UAE and her tireless efforts to boost welfare levels for UAE citizens and residents. The recognition coincides with the ‘Year of Zayed’ Initiative during which the country is commemorating the indelible legacy of the Founding Father. Overwhelmed with the recognition Dr Daud said, “The award is an absolute honour for me and I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sheikh Abdullah. The UAE Government has always appreciated my work and this inspires me to do more for the nation. The people and its rulers have been very welcoming, generous and motivated my endeavors, which gives me strength.”
