MHT CET is conducted every year in the state of Maharashtra for admission to various bachelor degree programmes in the field of Engineering and Pharmacy. This year the course of Agriculture is added to it.
The programmes available for candidates to apply are Bachelor of Engineering/BTech and BPharm/Pharm D, and BSc (Honours)/B Tech programme in agriculture.

‘Easy study helps’

He did not study with any particular aim of score. He did not expect big score ever. He being topper in the examination did not make him get too excited. He studied with ease. But the score of Harshad Ingole in Class X, JEE (Main), MHT CET, Class XII reflects how serious he is in his studies. He scored 95.38 per cent marks in Class XII, in JEE Main his score is 257. He did Class X from Somalwar High School, Nikalas branch and scored 98.4% marks. Now in MHT CET, he is probable Vidarbha topper with 190 out of 200 marks.

Harshad wants to get admission in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. Of course his score in MHT CET is not going to help him for the admission to IIT as MHT CET is conducted for admissions to engineering colleges in State. For admission to IIT, he is waiting for results of JEE (Advanced) to be declared on June 10.

Harshad has a good family tradition with his father Gajanan Ingole himself an engineer, who works with Central Railway as Senior Sectional Engineer. His mother Sheela is a housewife. His elder brother Vaibhav is pursuing final year of engineering at National Power Training Institute.

Harshad used to participate in quiz contests till he was in Class IX. He does not play much but is fond of cricket. He reads novels, especially by Dan Brown. He has read all the books by Brown.
