IN A glittering ceremony, Abhijit Realtors and Infraventures Pvt Ltd (ARIPL) launched its biggest venture -- Jayanti Nagari 7-- at the hands of Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation on Sunday. Gadkari said that normally he received many complaints, grievances and criticism about misdeeds of various builders. But, Abhijit Majumdar has been an exception and people look up to him with great esteem. He built an impeccable reputation in the market due to the premium quality of construction in all his projects. “Thus, people showed great faith and trust in Abhijit Majumdar. The ultra modern township Jayanti Nagari 7 will possess a special importance being located in the heart of New Nagpur region which is fast developing,” he said. “Manish Nagar area will be connected with a new flyover from Wardha Road. Commuting will be easy as it will tale hardly five minutes to connect to Wardha Road. In addition, a 250 KW transmission line and an ambitious Rs 250 crore water works project will be coming up. There will be infrastructure like roads, water, electricity due to which residents can live peacefully without any kind of problems,” he pointed out.


Bawankule praised Gadkari and admired his vision to make Nagpur an international city. For this special efforts are being taken like creating MIHAN, bringing premier education institutes like IIIT, AIIMS, Symbiosis etc. He appreciated the speed and way the Metro Rail is coming up and being connected to Butibori, MIHAN, Kamptee besides other far off places. “Gadkari is fully focused on his vision and had sanctioned road works of Rs 70,000 crore in the region,” he said.


Darda requested Gadkari to resolve the parking problems in the city. Yashwant Stadium in Dhantoli should be converted into a 10,000 vehicle parking plaza in order to ease the parking issue of the citizens. On the occasion, Gadkari and Bawankule were felicitated by Pradip Maitra, President of Nagpur Bengali Association, Pradip Ganguly, Vidyut Chakraborty and Dr Sajal Mitra and other dignitaries for their immense contribution towards the society.
