Khot asks BJP workers to reach every household in city

Minister of state for agriculture Sadabhau Khot on Friday asked BJP workers to reach every household in the city during ‘Sampark for Samarthan Abhiyan’ and explain them prop-people initiatives of BJP led Union and State governments. The governments have done lot of work for the common man and upliftment of the poor. The mass outreach programme has been launched to narrate positive work of the government and shun the misleading agenda of opposition. Lots of schemes were launched and implemented in the state in last four years and lakhs of people were benefited through the schemes, said Khot. He asked party leaders and booth level party workers to enthusiastically carry out the campaign across the city.

Sadabhau Khot was in city to attend review meeting of ensuing Kharip crop season. Soon after, the minister visited Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and interacted with BJP leaders and party workers. Mayor Nanda Jichkar, Deputy Mayor Dipraj Pardikar, Chairman of Standing Committee Virendra Kukreja, Ruling Party leader Sandip Joshi, MLAs Krishna Khopade, Sudhakar Deshmukh, Sudhakar Kohale, Vikas Kumbhare, MLC Girish Vyas, BJP’s Ogranising Secretary (Vidarbha) Dr Upendra Kothekar, Organising Secretary (Nagpur City) Bhojraj Dumbe, Nagpur District Unit Chief Dr. Rajiv Potdar, former ZP president Ramesh Mankar, Corporator Dayashankar Tiwari, Sunil Agrawal, Sandip Jadhav were present on the dais.

Sadabhau Khot also added that 27 progressive schemes were implemented in the state during BJP regime. A list of these pro-people schemes have been made to explain people. Explaining benefits of the schemes, Khot said that more than 16,000 got benefit of the schemes from just a taluka. “Farmers got right to vote in the elections of APMC,” he said. Informing about health schemes, Khot claimed that thousands of patients were benefited under Chief Minister’s Health Scheme. The government have distributed spectacles to 16,000 patients free of cost. Mayor Jichkar, MLAs Kohale and Deshmukh felicitated Sadabhau Khot during the programme. He categorically asked party workers to visit 100 household everyday. BJP leader Sandip Jaoshi will supervise daily reports of the campaign at BJP Pradesh Office.
