MPPKVVCL holds board meeting

Several important issues pertaining to compensatory appointment, providing financial aid to dependents of deceased outsourced workers and establishing new sub divisional offices of the company were discussed and approved during 83rd Board meeting of Madhya Pradesh Poorva Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Limited (MPPKVVCL). The meeting of board of directors was organised at company’s corporate headquarters, Shakti Bhawan, on Saturday.

Chairman of the company and Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited, Managing Director, Sanjay Kumar Shukla, Managing Director, Nand Kumaram, Deputy Secretary (Finance Department), Ajay Choubey, Deputy Secretary (Energy Department), S K Sharma and heads of different departments were present during the meeting.
At the outset, newly appointed board members were welcomed and reappointment of non-executive directors was approved. MD, Nand Kumaram detailed about the development activities of the company.

During the meeting, members discussed the issue of providing financial relief to deceased outsourced employees of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled categories and given approval with necessary amendments. They have also approved increasing duration for presenting options regarding 7th Pay Commission implemented in the company.
Board members approved status of division to Sub Division Balaghat and STC sub-division status to Dindori.
They also approved the workplan for establishing new area store of the company in Shahdol.

Officers held discussions on making necessary amendments in service conditions of regular line attendants for trainee batch 2017, providing appreciation amount to offices and employees for achieving targets of Saubhagya Yojana and amendments in eligibility of compensatory appointments.
