COLLECTOR, Chhavi Bharadwaj expressed distress over ignorance of Lok Seva Kendra facility by some officials, who called applicants of Lok Seva Kendra related services to file application in departmental offices. The process is clear violation of State Government directions pertaining to highly ambitious service initiated in the State Government. Taking about the issue of calling applicants to the departmental offices, Collector Bharadwaj has given strict warning to the departmental officials that strict action would against those officials.


She was addressing the Time Limit Meeting, on Monday at Collector office. Collector Chhavi Bharadwaj said that there are many cases coming to fore in which applications related to services scheduled for Lok Sewa Kendra were cancelled while applicants were asked to file application in the department and passed. Collector Bharadwaj said that work of past one year Lok Sewa Kendra would be reviewed under her supervision. Reviewing CM Helpline service related to complaints and demand for installation of new transformers, Collector expressed dissatisfaction on receiving a careless reply from officials that they would initiate action after inspecting the applications filed. She also directed officials of Agriculture Department to submit bills of encouragement amount provided to the farmers in Mukhya Mantri Krishak Samridhi Yojana, on priority.


Collector said that besides Civil Supplies and Tribal Welfare Department the condition of Agriculture Department is not satisfactory. She directed to hold SADO and ADEO meeting. Officials of Civil Supplies, PHE and Co-operative were asked to initiate serious efforts to clear pending of CM Help Line Cases. Collector Bharadwaj expressed dissatisfaction and resentment over absence of ITI Principal in the meeting and for not replying to the letters issued by the Department.In the meeting while reviewing Revenue Department works, Collector has taken updates on pending revenue cases. Giving 15 days deadline to clear pending and warned Revenue Officials that after this duration their would be no relaxation given to them and strict action would be initiate against them. In the meeting Additional Collector B P Diwedi, SDO officers and all the department heads were also present.
