Rotary Club of Jabalpur Queen’s holds blood donation camp at Shalby Hospital

On the occasion of World Population Day, to apprise people about importance of blood donation, Rotary Club of Jabalpur Queen’s organised a blood donation camp at Shalby Hospital.President of Rotary Club of Jabalpur Queens Priyanka Shrivastava said that there is no noble donation than blood donation. Small quantity of blood donated by us can save lives of many and save them from clutches of death.


Anyone can need blood any time and blood in blood bank is helpful on the basis of availability and requirement only. However, if we too keep donating blood from time to time, ample blood is available in the bank. On the occasion of World Population Day, members of Rotary Club of Jabalpur Queens also donated blood and made people aware about the same. Members of Rotary Club Jabalpur Queens, Sangeeta, Dr Kaveri, Dr Upasana, Kavita, Deepa, Anusuiya and Kamna ji also contributed in successful organisation of blood donation camp.


Members of Yuva Kadam, Krishnakant Dixit, Evnet, Yogita, Vinod, Abhilasha, Surendra Ji, Jitendra, Samer, Sanjana, Abhay, Anjana and others were also present on the occasion. Staff of Shalby Hospital and Dr Kaveri Shaw’s contribution was appreciable. Elgin Hospital’s Dr Nisha Sahu, Dr Jai Mishra and team of blood bank also contributed in organisation of the programme.
