State Govt using loan to provide optimum benefits to people: Jha

“AT PRESENT, the BJP has no work plan to make Madhya Pradesh free from the burden of debt,” said National Vice President Bharatiya Janata Party Prabhat Jha while responding to a question raised by mediapersons while addressing press conference at Sagar. Jha, who is also incharge for Chief Minister’s Jan Ashirwad yatra to start from Ujjain on July 14, reached Sagar to attend the divisional meeting of the party on Friday.He said the money taken on loan is being used for social development schemes and development of the State. He rubbished the allegation of corruption in money obtained through loan. Serious efforts are being initiated to lift the standard of living of people by providing sustainable development of the State. Efforts are being made to efface the problem of poverty. he added.

About the present economic status of the state, at present Madhya Pradesh Government is under the burden of loan amounting to Rupees 1,60,000 crore. To help people belonging to every section of society, new schemes are being launched by the State Government. A huge amount in crores would be spent to ensure that the schemes and announcement made arrive to their logical end. About the Chief Minister’s Jan Ashirwad Yatra to be started from Ujjain on July 14, he informed that the Chief Minister would first have darshan of Mahakal at Ujjain temple. The Yatra would reach Sagar division under the first phase. The Yatra would get started from Hatta and would pass through Pawai, Gunaur, Chandala, Maharajpur would cover seven assembly segment falling under the division.

He said in the year 2003, the BJP took out Parivartan Yatra, followed by Jan Ashirwad Yatra in 2008 and 2013. The Yatra taken proved of worth as people from the State blessed us to form government in the State. Under the present Jan Ashirwad Yatra, Jha said the accomplishment made during the 14 and half years would be enumerated before general public. This time the mood of the people is in favour of the BJP in view of the fact that at Centre and also at State BJP rules. All development projects and schemes being floated by the State Government would be informed to people by elected representatives of the party. He said the objective behind the Yatra is to make people realise the series of development carried out during the BJP regime.
