The members of All India Yadav Mahasabha led by its State President Jagadish Yadav on Monday demonstrated outside Ravindra Bhavan after they failed to meet CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan. They wanted to meet him in connection with the death incident of a Dalit farmer in Parosia Ghatkhedi village in Berasia last month. They alleged that Tiran Yadav, his son Prakash and nephews Balbir and Sanju were falsely fabricated for killing 55-year-old Dalit farmer Kishorilal Jatav. They said that Jatav had committed suicide and immolated self by pouring petrol following a fight over a piece of land.

They also alleged that on the incident day, deceased Jatav’s son Kailash and wife were not present at the spot but they claimed to be as eyewitnesses of the incident. On the other hand, sidelining the statements of farmer Bablu Kushwaha and others who were present at crime scene, Berasia police justified the statements of Kishorilal’s son and wife, arrested Tiran yadav and his family members. They are innocent and are being framed in false murder charges.

A written application has been also given in the SP office in which demand was made to carry out fair probe in the case to bring out the truth in case. Besides Jatav’s son Kailash also wanted to construct a concrete platform on the place where Kishorilal immolated self and later cremated but this piece of land is owned by Tiran Yadav. Tiran Yadav’s son Prashant has also made a written complaint to SDM of Berasia circle.
