Orders to form Monitoring Committee under Sambal Yojana

District CollectorMukesh Kumar Shukla has directed CEO, Janpad and Chief Municipality Officers for formation of Monitoring Committee at the earliest under Sambal Yojana. He has directed concerning officers for pending payment of wheat, paddy, masoor and gram to the farmers. He issued these instructions in the time limit review meeting.This meeting was attended by CEO, district panchayat Saket Malviya and Additional Collector J P Dhurvey. Collector Mukesh Shukla has banned officers and employees from taking leave till July 20, 2018 without his permission. Collector has directed CEO, Janpad and CMO to ensure that registration cards of workers of unorganised sector are distributed to card holders at the earliest. The cases under ‘EK Din Samadhan Yojna’ are resolved timely. Collector directed SDO (revenue) to resolve pending revenue cases. He directed concerning officers for visiting villagers where Chief Minister is likely to visit, to make assessment of the local problems and then resolving it.

The Collector said that it is responsibility of officers to visit fields and inquire the local problems and resolved it instantly, failing which they should remain ready for strict action. Collector directed officers to visit fields and see the status of the execution of beneficiary schemes and if anyone is not receiving the benefits then they should try to extend the benefits, . The Collector also directed SDO (revenue) to visit villages and directed that cent percent eligible should get the ration from ration shops. Self Help groups should get ration for Mid Day Meal and honorarium to cooks should be given at the earliest. He held discussion with officers on other issues and directed them to speed up the work.
