Meet discusses CM Chouhan’s visit to Sagar on 7th

A meeting was held at auditorium of Sagar Municipal Corporation to discuss arrangements for the visit of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. to village Bamora on July 7.This meeting was attended by MLA Shailendra Jain, MLA, Naryawali Pradeep Laria, District BJP President Prabhudayal Patel, Mayor Abhay Dare, SMC President Rajbahadur Singh, Collector Alok Kumar Singh, SMC commissioner Anurag Verma, JD, CA Suresh Kumar Raiwal and others. It may be mentioned that on July 7, the Chief Minister would attend ‘Vikas Parv’ at village Bamora. He would distribute crop insurance worth Rs 242 crore among farmers, inaugurate developmental works worth crores of rupees, 15 projects under Mukhya Mantri Adhosanrachna, distribution of cards to registered workers of unorganised sector, regularization of illegal colonies and aid to beneficiaries of other welfare schemes. On the occasion, Chief Minister would performed bhumi pujan of 20,000 houses to be constructed under BLC constituents of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna.


Mayor Abhay Dare said that it is matter of great pride that chief Minister programme is being held at Sagar. As large gathering is expected and Sagar city does not has such big ground hence programme is being organised at Bamora.
He informed that beneficiaries of all flagship schemes of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan would be benefited in this function. Each beneficiary would be informed about the programme and registration of workers of unorganised sector is also in progress and hence information about it is being conveyed in each ward so that more and more beneficiaries can seek the benefits. In each ward, vehicle would be arranged for to and fro of the people to the function of Chief Minister. He asked corporators to invite more and more beneficiaries for this function. The Mayor said that the Chief Minister had given many gifts to Sagar city and due to his help, Sagar city could find place in 100 Smart City of country. On July 7, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. would be honoured by residents of Sagar city.


MLA Pradeep Laria said that on July 7 Chief Minister would be extending benefits of welfare schemes to large number of beneficiaries and hence plan should be prepared to ensure presence of large number of beneficiaries at the venue. He suggested for better coordination between corporators for this work. MLA Shailendra Jain said that Collector Alok Kumar Singh visited many ground of Sagar city but due to attendance of large number of beneficiaries, he selected ground at village Bamora which is near to city. He asked corporators to ensure that beneficiaries of welfare schemes of their respective wards attend this function. He urged for grand welcome to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on the occasion.


District BJP President Prabhudayal Patel suggested that beneficial from Cantonment area should also be invited in this function. Collector Alok Kumar Singh said that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. has selected Sagar for ‘Vikas Parv’, which is matter of great pride for locals. On the occasion, crop insurance amount worth Rs 242 crores would be distributed among farmers apart from other welfare schemes.He informed that adequate number of vehicles would be arranged for taking beneficiaries to venue and bringing them back to their homes. He urged public representatives for their active cooperation in organising this event successfully. A vote of thanks was proposed by SMC President Rajbahadur Singh.
