In the next one year, Bhojwani Foods products will be available in 30 lakh stores in Maharashtra

Bhojwani Foods, one of the leading names in the ready-mix and spices has introduced wide range for the festivals. To celebrate Rakhi festival and also for the upcoming festivals, it has introduced pure and hygiene processed ‘Upwas Mix,’ ‘Rajgira Aata,’ ‘Singhada Aata,’ ‘Gulab Jamun Mix,’ and ‘Chakli Mix.’


All the food items launched by Bhojwani Foods are receiving overwhelming response in the market. Bhojwani Foods too has made available range of spices. Akash Bhojwani, Chief Executive Officer of Bhojwani Foods said that in short span of time, the company has reached out to 60,000 stores in Maharashtra. “We are also supplying spices to Indian Navy and Central Naval Command which is being highly appreciated,” he said. In the next one year, Bhojwani Foods products will be made available in the shelves of 30 lakh stores in Maharashtra. He disclosed that the company had made a scheme wherein to reach out one lakh population, the products should be made available in 300 outlets. There will be after sales service for product update.


“As we are concentrating to increase the penetration level in retail, now, the products i.e ready mix and spices of Bhojwani Foods will be available in every city and village of Maharashtra,” he said. The third generation of the company has taken dive into the business and the company is continously rendering its services for the last 30 years. Bhojwani said, the company due to its purity and quality of products has carved a niche among customers. He said, there are several companies which are making spices. However, these companies are extracting oil from the spices which is reducing the medicinal value. “We at Bhojwani Foods are not compromising with the quality and are retaining the medicinal value in spices. This is one of the important reasons that our products are being highly appreciated in the market,” he noted.


“In the next three years, Bhojwani Foods is coming with initial public offering (IPO) in the market,” he diclosed.
In India, there is annual turnover of Rs 87,000 crore spices in India including imports worth Rs 31,000 crore.
