CM’s Janashirwad Yatra reaches Deori of Sagar district

CHIEF Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s Janashirwad Yatra reached Sagar district on Wednesday. Addressing public rally in Deori of Sagar district, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “You showered petals in my way, I will anot allow thrones to come in your way.”


He added that he needs blessings of people to finish remaining development work in the State. Coming heavily on Congress, he told that when Congress was in power, it did not try to open schools and colleges. On the contrary, when BJP came to power, it intensified the efforts provide education to children of State. As per the demands, colleges were opened up in Sagar district.


He also informed about various efforts taken for education of girls in State. Moreover, shortly police recruitments are going to take place in State and youths of State will be handling the law and order situation of state.


Talking about various steps taken for welfare of Sagar, he told that in history, never such a huge amount was given for irrigation purpose of district as BJP Government had given. “We have sanctioned Rs 730 for irrigation for Sagar along with Rehli,” he informed.


He took on Congress for criticising him for claiming that Madhya Pradesh’s road are better than America and told that first Congress leaders should come on roads and then say something. Minister Gopal Bhargava said that whatever we sought from Government we have received it. CM also compared his 15 years rule with 50 years Congress rule and sought public opinion. He added that during Congress rule, there were no roads and electricity. Moreover, he said that the deficiency in development of Deori is outcome of then local Congress MLA is responsible as in five years, local MLA made no effort for development.


In Deori, CM received overwhelming response from people who came in large number to participate in Janashirwad Yatra.
