NSUI demands action against rising crime graph

HUNDREDS of students under the leadership of National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) gheraoed Gora Bazar Police station and submitted a memorandum demanding to curb increasing trade of narcotics, gambling in the area. NSUI delegation was led by District General Secretary Akash Sahu. NSUI has alleged that illegal trade of narcotics and gambling is spreading rapidly in this area and youth of the area are getting trapped in cobweb of addiction due to which crime cases are increasing. NSUI by giving the memorandum has demanded that the administration should take action to redress these problems, failing which a torch rally will be taken out against police and administration and a massive demonstration will be staged. District President of NSUI Vijay Rajak, Akash Sahu, Saurabh Gautam, Kaushal Yadav, Shubham Rajak, Subhanshu Kanojiya, Monu Sahu, Karan Tamsewar, Gaurav Rajak, Saurabh Rajak, Rahul Rajak and others were also present on the occasion.
