Congress goes hi-tech, to bring manifesto on mobile app too

Taking one step ahead in this direction, Congress has decided to bring its manifesto even on ‘App’ so that anyone can download app and can go through the manifesto. As of now, Congress manifesto is almost ready and is in its final stage


THE Congress has decided to make best use of technology to reach maximum voters and apprise them about its ideology and what it wants to do for the public. Taking one step ahead in this direction, Congress has decided to bring its manifesto even on ‘App’ so that anyone can download app and can go through the manifesto. As of now, Congress manifesto is almost ready and is in its final stage. Once the manifesto is ready, Congress Manifesto Committee will present it before National President Rahul Gandhi and after his nod, it will be released.


Congress Manifesto Committee Head Dr Rajendra Singh, when contacted, told ‘The Hitavada’ that manifesto of the party is almost ready and a few more suggestions are being taken for it.


Manifesto will be ready by month end and it will be released after approval of Rahul Gandhi in Delhi. He informed that this time, the Congress is also going to bring out its manifesto on ‘App’ and this will be the first time that party will be doing so. Anyone can download the App to see the manifesto once it is released likely by month end.


Congress has visited districts and villages to know what people want to know and their valuable suggestions have been taken for the manifesto. Sources in the Congress informed that one more meeting of manifesto committee will be held in presence of State Congress President Kamal Nath, Madhya Pradesh Congress Incharge Deepak Babaria before giving final touch to rough draft of manifesto.


As far as manifesto is concerned then Congress is focusing on problems of farmers, youths, students and women security and investment. Other issues are related to labours, security of common people, job opportunities for unemployed youths etc. Rising petrol prices are also likely to be highlighted by the Congress to win people’s faith.
