Brahma Samagam Jan Kalyan Samiti, on Monday, opposed the Bharat Bandh call of Congress by questioning that when it had called for Bandh against amendment to SC/ST Act, at that time political parties have not given their support. Hence, now why it should support their Bandh now?

The members of Brahma Samagam Jan Kalyan Samiti adopted unique method to protest the Bandh. They opened the stall to sell the vegetables and other daily use items. Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha’s District President Rakhi Parmar told that people are suffering from high inflation and spiralling prices of petrol and diesel. But Government tried to distract the attention of people on caste lines. Various Sawarna associations blackened the posters of leaders of different parties to show their resentment. They also raised slogans in favour of their demands.

They painted ink on posters of Digvijay Singh, Kamal Nath, Jyotiraditya Scindia etc. On this occasion, Pandit Dharmendra Shastri, Pusphendra Mishra, Pandit Chandrashekar Tiwari, Kiran Singh Rathod etc were present. Notably, Congress called for Bharat Bandh on Monday to oppose the increasing prices of petrol and diesel.
