Entrepreneur awareness camp ends

EDII, DST sponsored three-day Entrepreneur Awareness Camp concluded at St Aloysius Institute of Technology, Jabalpur on Saturday.


The three-day workshop sponsored by Department of Science and Technology was organised at St Aloysius Institute of Technology, Jabalpur from September 27 to 29, 2018 to encourage students towards self-employment and to become an entrepreneur. Workshop started with an introductory speech by Dr Davis George (Director of institute) and chief guest Sandeep Vision, founder of Vijay Mahal.


The technical session was taken by CEDMAP Associate S L Kori and Dr S S Sandhu, Director DIC, RDVV Jabalpur. The second day was marked with a special session on Start-up India, bank loan scheme by different experts. A successful entrepreneur Nitin Bhatnagar also shared his experience. On the third day of workshop, start-up idea competition was organised in which students participated enthusiastically from various universities.


On the last day, every participant was handed over with certificate by Director of institute Dr Davis George, Additional Director Thomas Mathew, Principal Sudeep Sharma.
HoD Mechanical Dr Dilip Sen and Registrar Anoop Banerjee congratulated chief organiser Ankit Rajak, faculty members Jitesh Pandey, Mohammad Parvez, Prem Kushwaha, students Praneet, Himanshi, Ratendra, Alfred, James and group.
