‘Hinduism is not dharma but lifestyle to serve society’

“Ancient Indian philosophy is the vision of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Outsiders are eyeing towards India which believes only on sole truth. Dharma is purely an Indian word which dose not mean mode of worship. Dharma means to maintain balance of life and its imbalance always affect dharma. Hinduism is not a dharma but a lifestyle to serve the society. These qualities are being nourished amongst Swayamsevaks during hour-long Shakhas to materialise the vision of welfare. More than 1.70 lakh Shakhas are being regularly organised to bring the spirit of Indian philosophy”, said Dr Manmohanji Vaidya, Sah Karyavahak, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

Dr Manmohanji was addressing the release programme of book ‘Kruti Roop–Sangh Darshan’ at Manas Bhawan Auditorium. The programme was organised under the auspices of Dr Hedgewar Smruti Mandal. Chief guest on the occasion was Madhya Pradesh High Court, retired Justice, Hausala Prasad Singh while Dr Hedgewar Smruti Mandal, President, Vinay Sahastrabuddhe, Prant Sanghchalak, Prashant Singh and Vibhag Sanghchalak, Dr Kailash Gupta were special guests.

Addressing the programme, retired Justice, Hausala Prasad Singh said that RSS has been popularised throughout the world but the society is still unaware with its motive and vision. It is the school of feeding culture of making good citizens for nation building. Dr Hedgewar Smruti Mandal, President Vinay Sahastrabuddhe gave introduction of the book ‘Kruti Roop–Sangh Darshan’ which is compilation of works being carried out by Swayamsevaks. Manish Pandey convened the programme and a large number of eminent residents and Swayamsevaks were present during the programme.
