Rotary Club of Jabalpur South forms new ‘Rotract Club’

Rotary Club of Jabalpur South on Tuesday constituted a new ‘Rotract Club’ in Navyug College. Main aim to constitute this club is to take youth in the direction of social service. Chief guest on the occasion was College Principal Dr Shobha Singh. She appealed to the students to do social works with enthusiasm and interest.

Akhil Mishra informed about history of Rotract Club and also highlighted the aim of constituting the Club for college students. He also encouraged students by informing about the motto of Club ‘Sewa ke Dwara Sahcharya’. He also asked students to use their energy apart from studies for social work. Further, former President Arunkant Agrawal made students aware about rules and regulations of the Club. He also assured students to provide every support to execute social works.

Club President Ajay Singh Baghel, Secretary Ajay Choudhary and Previous President Sunil Phatak presented certificate of foundation and distributed identity cards to the Club members. Dr Madhulika Vajpayee convened the programme, while Dr Varsha Sanghi proposed a vote of thanks. Those present on the occasion were Rotract Coordinator M N Singh, ex-President CA Rakesh Khandelwal, Amarendra Narayan, Sarang Bhide, Professor H S Dubey, Dr Sanjay Tiwari and others.
