Exam time-table will be announced by January 8

Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU) annual examination 2018-19 will be conducted from March 6, 2019 as submission of online  application for the same has begun from January 4, said PRSU Vice-Chancellor Professor (Dr) K L Verma on Saturday. “Time-table of the examination will be announced by January 8. With it, we are planning to send the results of students to the mobile phones of the students,” said the Vice-Chancellor.
Around 150 colleges of different districts are affiliated to PRSU and online submission of applications for annual examination at these colleges has been initiated from January 4.

“We have brought some  modifications to examination system of the university and the new system will be implemented from this year. We have decided to provide answer sheets to the students 15 minutes prior to the start of the paper instead of existing system of 3-4 minutes. In case of any delay in the starting of paper, we will compensate the lost times to ensure that students get the genuine time,” said the Vice-Chancellor.
In yet another major modification, the university has decided to give the responsibility of printing examination material to a single agency instead of different agencies. “This measure will be cost effective for the university,” said the Vice-Chancellor.
To a query, the Vice-Chancellor said that the university will try to announce results in time, so that students do not suffer.

“We are also planning to develop such a mechanism that the students of the university get all their issues solved sitting at home. “We are also planning to develop a system that will ensure students getting admission in the PRSU affiliated college students do not require to fill up forms every time they go for the examination. Instead, they get free from all these formalities once they get admission,” said Vice-Chancellor, adding, the university has  already developed a student portal for the submission of online application.
