The body of a youth, who was missing from his house for the last several days, was found in the canal located in Mangeli of Bargi along with the car early morning on Thursday. The news created a sensation in entire village.

On getting information, police reached the spot and took out the car and the body with the help of a crane from the canal. After preparing panchnama, the police sent the body for post-mortem.

Senior police officials informed that some villagers saw a car floating in the Bargi canal on Thursday morning, They immediately informed the police about the same. After getting the information police team reached the spot and fished out the car with the help of a crane.

After opening the doors of the car, police found the body of a man in the back seat.

On the basis of car’s number (MP 20 F 9179, they found that the car is registered in the name of Mayank Kumar Chouksey, a resident of Adhartal. Thereafter, they contacted Adhartal police station, from where it was found that Mayank had been missing from the house since May 14 and complaint was also registered. On information, the family members also reached the site. The police have meanwhile registered a case under relevant sections and probing the incident from all angles.
