Jabalpur Smart City Limited has again received two national-level awards. JSCL has been awarded for successful operation and implementation of the NMT (Non Motorized Transport) and Incubation Center during the 7th Smart City Conclave 2019 held at Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Former Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Punjab, President and Mayor of All India Mayors Association, Naveen Jain and Chairman of Business World Group, Dr Anurag Batra were specially present on the occasion. Jabalpur has been given two national awards for new experiments and innovations in the presence of CEOs of Smart Cities across the country, senior officials of Central and State Government. It may be noted that under Smart City Mission efforts are being made continuously to change citizens behavior and make the city progressive through various experiments.
 
Municipal Commissioner Ashish Kumar has congratulating the citizens for this achievement and said the city has received two awards at national level only with their due cooperation. He said the appreciation received at the Smart City Conclave and Awards ceremony held in Port Blair would motivate him to better recognize his work and bring the entire team together and recognize the city at the national level. CEO of Jabalpur Smart City Limited received the awards at the conclave. Pathak was invited in the award ceremony. On the occasion, he expressed gratitude to the citizens and congratulated the team of Smart City Limited.
